Seminar in Baku
On the 23rd of September 2025, a Digital Marketing seminar was held by the Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan (AFFA) and the Football Development Fund (FIF). The event was attended by employees of the Premier League clubs, AFFA, the Professional Football League and FIF working in the field of media and marketing. Mario Leo, the head of “RESULT Sports and one of the leading experts in the field, spoke at the seminar.
AFFA Deputy Secretary General Kamran Valiyev opened the event with an introductory speech, and FIF Executive Director Tural Piriyev shared his thoughts and experiences on the topic “The Role of Marketing in Club Football”.
In the continuation of the event, Kamran Babashov, the leader of the Marketing Expert Center of Kapital Bank, made a presentation on the topic “Neuromarketing in Banking and Football”.
Within the framework of the seminar, examples from local clubs were presented, and group tasks were carried out with the participants. The event ended with a panel discussion.
