UEFA GROW Workshop in Moldova

A workshop dedicated to representatives of the Moldovan Football Federation was held at the Casa Fotbalului in the capital, focused on the latest trends and challenges in the digital field. The discussions were moderated by Mario Leo, UEFA consultant. Oleksandr Kucheriavyi, UEFA NA Strategic Development Manager, also participated in the event, and Dima Nebieridze, SMM of the Football Federation of Georgia, was a special guest.

During the meeting, participants addressed topics such as the evolution of social networks in 2024 and early 2025, changes in algorithms and online audience behavior, as well as modern methods of attracting and engaging fans. A special emphasis was placed on the role of artificial intelligence in the digital transformation of football.

The event is part of a series of actions carried out by the FMF in partnership with UEFA, which aim to strengthen the digital capabilities of the FMF and align it with international best practices. Thus, through regular training and exchange of experience with foreign experts, FMF aims to develop more efficient communication and a closer relationship with supporters and the football community in Moldova.
